SHIPPING 

Receive free standard shipping within Canada for purchases of over $250, excluding taxes.

A flat rate of $15 will be charged on orders below $250.

Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship. Tracking numbers can be shared upon request.

 

LOCAL PICK-UP

Regina and area local pickup is available for all of our items at checkout. Upon pickup, please bring proof of purchase.

Local pick-up will be available on Monday’s from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges may apply to orders from the United States.

 

Contact info@hugoandtoast.ca if you have not received your parcel within 15 days of purchase and we will follow up with Canada Post to resolve the issue.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
