I have been waiting for a reply to my request to return an item for over a week now although their website says 24 hours for response. I just sent another request for return and hope for a reply. The website asks for the customer to reach out for instructions. Still waiting ....

Hoodie size S

Love the look and that it covers my rear nicely. Sleeves are a little long and I have to roll the cuffs up . Don’t know if a smaller size will give me the right level of comfort tho. I still haven’t figured out the right sizing for me
